While we would love to include everyone in our new age laser tag activity, unfortunately, not everyone is eligible. It is crucial for players to have the ability to handle and use our equipment without aid. Typically, players who are at least 8 years old are capable of operating our equipment.

However, we may consider allowing players who are 6 or 7 years old to join in on the fun if they can handle our equipment without assistance. It’s important to note that our Tactical Laser Tag game is similar to paintball, but without any projectiles that could potentially cause harm. It requires advanced skills compared to the traditional experience, and our equipment is notably heavier, making it more challenging for younger players to handle.

To provide a better understanding of equipment size, we have included a photo that displays an average 8-year-old player who is 4.5 feet tall, standing beside our Battle Gun, which measures 26 inches.

To reserve your spot for woods laser tag, a booking deposit of $100.00 is required, which will be deducted from the total balance amount. It’s essential to pay the booking deposit within 72-hours of receiving the invoice, or your reservation will be cancelled without prior notice. The remaining balance should be paid on the day of your event and can be settled in person via debit, credit, or cash (exact amount), or through email transfer.

There is a 7-day cancellation policy for all Party Reservations. The Woods Laser Tag operates Rain or Shine. In the event of poor weather our team will monitor the weather radar and if there is inclement weather that creates elements of risk to the players (lightening, hail, severe wind, etc.) during your specific reservation time our team will contact you to discuss options of rescheduling. Our team will let you know if there are concerns of inclement weather. In the event of rain we suggest players bring an extra clothing if needed. Please review the Terms & Conditions attached to the invoice for further information about our cancellation policy.

Playing Guests:Total up to 10 players. Due to operational matters we limit non-playing guests to 5 people during a Birthday Party.  Parties with more than 5 non-playing guests must be booked as a Group Function Event.

Guests may bring light decorations (a couple balloons and a banner.)

Excessive decorations, piñatas, confetti, poppers, silly string and sparklers are not permitted.

You only need to bring your own dessert, and we suggest cupcakes, as our venue is outdoors. However, please note that appropriate footwear is required for all players, and we do not allow sandals, flip-flops, high-heels, or any other non-proper footwear. Any guest who is not wearing proper footwear will not be allowed to participate in the games.

Please do not arrive early. Please have your guests arrive for the reservation start time. Please do not schedule them to arrive early, as this can overfill our parking lot and make it difficult for other guest to leave our venue. Our parking lot is designed for up to 8 vehicles (including your guests and other customers). We’ve already planned a 15-minute downtime at the beginning of your reservation.

We must have a waiver on file for all playing guests and these guests must have proper footwear to participate.

At the start of the scheduled time, there will be a 15-minute downtime period for all parties, which can accommodate late guests. However, any delay will result in a reduction of the scheduled party time. The basic package includes two consecutive games, followed by party celebration in the picnic area. Additional games will be played after the party ends. The event schedule may need to be altered due to operational reasons or weather conditions. Private games and access to the picnic area patio are included in Birthday Party Packages, but exclusive booking of the entire venue (including the game arena, parking lot, washrooms, etc.) is not. During a Birthday Party, public guests can join in public games if the Birthday Party group is not currently playing. Birthday Party guests are not permitted to wander around the game arena during public games.

The party package comprises up to 10 players, which includes the birthday celebrant. If you wish to add more players, you can reserve a maximum of 18 players. (after 10 we handle as a private function) Additionally, you can invite up to 5 non-playing guests to your event, but we cannot accommodate more than that for Birthday Parties. If you plan to invite more than 5 non-playing guests, your reservation should be booked as a Private Group Function instead of a Birthday Party.
